Stephen: I usually eat all meat, but this Amy’s to-fu scramble is delicious. I have no idea why it’s the hardest Amy’s meal to find. I usually just eat it how it is, but I also like to mix in bison tartare sometimes. I’m glad Whole Foods has this one because other stores seem to opt not to carry it.

Ernestine M.: I had it for my one meal of the day and found the combination of tofu and vegetables acceptable. I would purchase again

Violet: I am a long time Amy's fan- but mostly of their frozen burritos and canned chili. I've seen this product floating around for years and have never tried it. However I saw one of my favorite vegan youtuber's review this and say it was really delicious so I decided to try it. It is, and it's also filling for a hearty breakfast. I don't know how they do it, but I even get a taste of eggs from this dish. It’s not often that tofu actually tastes good, but they achieved that with this product. Love that all the ingredients are healthy, and there’s even a serving of greens in there which is super convenient. It didn't heat up that great, I had to heat it a second time after the first recommended amount of time, but then again my microwave is also weak. This is going to be something I’ll be purchasing regularly from now on.

Bunny: It's nice to have both tofu and greens in a frozen breakfast dish. The taste and flavor are both really good, but I don't love the texture. The few tomato slices in this meal don't heat up well in the microwave... The skin separates from the tomato, and I'm not sure if it's just a personal issue but that doesn't texturally feel nice or taste good. Sometimes the texture of the meal feels like it wasn't in the microwave long enough (watery). I don't think I would buy this again often, if at all, due to texture issues -- it's just not worth the high price, if I don't love it. That being said, I think most people would have no problem with the texture and would love this meal. If you're generally sensitive to texture like me, I would recommend the Amy's Tofu Scramble Frozen Burrito instead, as the texture is a little more well rounded but has the same taste as this frozen meal.

Misty Lake: One of my favourite things that Amy's makes. It's quick and easy when you're in a hurry or not up for cooking a meal from scratch. Great flavor and texture. This is my usual breakfast and I never get sick of it. I don't eat meat or eggs so it's perfect.
