Lyra: One day I was having my groceries delivered and my shopper texted me because the frozen meal I wanted was out of stock. She was also a vegetarian, so I asked her to surprise me with one of her favorite vegetarian dishes, and Amy's 3 Cheese & Kale bowl is what she chose. Yum!! Such good flavor! Now I buy it every time I shop.

Anastasia Beaverhausen: I honestly had low expectations when it came to this dish. I mean Kale, and gluten free? Imagine my surprise when this bland looking bowl of past was actually pretty tasty and the kale wasn’t overpowering that I actually wish I had more. I paired it with some impossible nuggets and a bowl of green salad with vinaigrette for a complete dinner.

Jessica: I loved the broccoli and cheddar mac for a while before opting to try this 3 cheese kale one and I was surly missing out. Something about this mac and cheese is unique and addicting. I saw another reviewer say they could eat 5 of these in a row...I feel you haha. The portion does seem too small but this could also just be my gluttonous American ways 😅 I can see this being a great side to maybe a protein or even just some sautéed veggies and mushrooms.
