RobinRobin: I enjoy a lot of Amy's frozen foods, but many are super high in fat. This Mac & 3 Cheese with Cauliflower Bowl is better for my needs as high fat isn’t a diet that works for me and this is lower in fat and calories than many Amy’s frozen meals. This has a reasonable calorie count for a fast and easy lunch, and I try and add grilled asparagus or another vegetable on the side for a more complete meal.
This is a mild Mac & Cheese, but it’s tasty and the cauliflower taste comes through. I’m not on a GF diet, but I eat plenty of wheat so I like that this uses rice noodles to mix it up and I really don’t notice the difference. I also like that most ingredients are organic. I keep reordering as I just can’t keep up on cooking and cleanup for every meal. Love it. 5 stars.
