Walid Hamdan: Works good, it was a replacement for our 18 years old pump. hope will lasts as long as the one we had. the advantage of living on Gravel site the pump doesn't work much.

ezboomer: Bought this pump on July 27, 2021. I wasn't sure if it would be a good buy or not. But the advantage was that I would get it quickly and the price was reasonable. I usually get this kind of home maintenance item at the big builder's supply stores but I decided to take a chance with Amazon. So far it has performed very well. We have had a number of big storms since I purchased it . Some of the storms created small ponds in the back of our property. But our basement remained dry thanks to this pump. I had to cut off an inch and a half of the discharge pipe to fit it properly but I expected this because the profile and design of sump pumps are constantly changing and the one I was replacing was 17 years old. I hope this one lasts as long. So far I am very pleased with it's performance and recommend it.
