I ordered this on amazon and got the same one for a good price. It's sturdy and folds up like our other one. Would buy another one

john j: Replaced my 2 step ladder with this 3 step which is a little narrower but made it so much easier to climb up to our boat's swim platform. Still pretty new so I can't comment on the long term durability at this point but it does appear to be pretty well made and a nice practical design. The little stretch band to hold the steps nested together kind of broke right away but didn't much matter to us since the ladder also folds over nicely onto the swim platform when not needed. All and all, very happy with the purchase.

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: This ladder is awesome. We have Bayliner 175 and the factory 2 step ladder is not very good for getting out of the water and back into the boat. I talked to the dealer a few years ago and they wanted measurements and made no promises that they could find something that would fit. It really put me off. I found a place this year that said most of the ladders are pretty standard and for $300.00 they could find one. That's a lot. I gave amazon a shot and here it is. Under $60.00 cdn right to the door. It takes a small amount of fitting but once in is an amazing change to the boat and worth every penny. The original ladder sits back about an 1/8 to 1/4 so a little drilling is required. I'd recommend using dowel plugs and sealing the original holes and re-drilling new ones. This sits the ladder correctly in the opening. The original plastic lock needs moving as well and is a bit larger than this ladder. I centered and screwed the supplied velcro strap underneath and locks in place perfectly. Already tested at the lake and a million times better. If you have a 175 and the same complaints we did this solves your problems. Takes about 1 hour to install.
