Michael F.: I bought new from Lowes. told me they would tell me when ready. I picked it up from Lowes. box open with a red tape around the top. I asked if it was new or used, they said never out of box. I said what is red tape for. They said nothing. Used it after i had to put it thru reset procedure. 3 times then it worked fine. Used it the next week. same thing. Used it the third week. same thing. I said, must have at least one month for replacement if a bummer. Called Lowes. 48-hour warranty. So, I bought warranty since just cost $500 already. That was 128$. I always had good luck with American Amana. Good church group from Iowa. over $600 now invested and still need to do reset to make it work. Uset it five times now. Seems to work ok withe reset and is quiet. Must be the seller sets the warranty?

Debbie Manning: It’s whisper quiet (nice) but I can hear it start to load and come back it hasn’t filled. Not sure what delay is. If I restart and stand there eventually it starts. It’s new so I’m trying to get hang of it. It’s huge and cute. Looks good.

zhong chen: It is very big.Running very quiet.Just a few more panel buttons,It’s a bit complicated to operate,I bought it for an old man who doesn't understand English.Overall good,It can wash a lot of clothes, much more than I imagined.
