Joseph Hingsbergen: This thing can hold a lot of wood! Best way we found out; if you have two people that can hold each side, you can get twice as much wood in there, instead of loading it and synching it down and taking less wood.

good or not: This is a well reinforced deeper design that holds the wood more securely - as much as you want to pick up and carry with one shoulder joint. It also has higher gusseting that keeps junk from spilling out. Since my older flimsier one lasted three years with three cord annual use, I have high hopes for this one!

Audra G.: I was really pleasantly surprised by the sturdiness of the product and the comfort in carrying A LOT of wood at one time. I am short so figured it might be a struggle to carry but it made carrying wood SO much easier and I liked that the handle had a Velcro comfort handle.

Sherm: We have been having bonfires for years, and kept walking back and forth from the wood shed, to the fire pit with logs in our arms, thinking we need something to carry wood... We found this and purchased one for a friend for Christmas. We used it a number of times at their fire pit, but then realized we never bought one for ourselves!! After purchasing a second one for us, we absolutely LOVE this product! You can load it up to the point where you can barely lift it because of the weight of the wood, and this handles the load no problem!

h h: I bought this 3 years ago for my husband and it still looks like brand new. We moved into our first home with a fire place. We have used this when we have ordered wood to carry to we’re we are going to stack. Then used it to carry wood in the house. So it has not been used lightly. It’s comfortable for me to carry in my hands, and you can get a decent amount on it to carry depending upon how the wood was cut. Will definitely reorder when we are ready for a new one.

David HarrisonDavid Harrison: It does the job and seems reasonably made. But we bought it to replace an ugly plastic bucket. And this isn't much more attractive! The sides flop down. This morning my wife said it looked like there is a dead animal beside the fire. I'm going to buy a black enamel bucket instead of using this bag.

Amazon Customer: I can carry twice as many pieces of firewood!
I’ve only had this carrier one month, but I’ve been using it twice a day. It appears sturdy & well made and I’m quite certain it will last a few season of household winter wood carrying.
One unexpected advantage of using this carrier, is how much wood debris it holds. The debris falls into the bottom of the bag instead into your indoor wood holder and the surrounding area. It’s a much cleaner way to transport your fireplace wood.
