Heloisa Lupinacci: Bought it to avoid toddler from getting to close to fire. Lots of reviews said it tilted, so i was prepared to add locks and fixations. But it came with a lock, two pieces you attach to the front so it doesn’t tilt. We used velcro to secure it to the floor (didn’t want to drill the tiles around the fireplace) and it is pretty safe. The thongs that come with it is lame, i bought a better one from the same brand and recommend.

Sharon L ConwaySharon L Conway: I added a before and after. Before, the screen I had was flimsy, thr screen was disconnecting from the frame, and it was gold. I'm not a fan of gold. This screen changed everything. It looks amazing, and is so much more stable. The only thing I had to do is add a brick on each of the swinging sides. When I opened the doors, both sides would swing out. I'm guessing because how it's placed, the bricks on the hearth might not be even. But it still looks awesome, and pretty. I was able to put it together in less than 10 minutes. I would totally recommend this.

HanaHana: Perfect size and came practically completely assembled! The only things I had to attach were the feet on the front that aide in preventing forward tipping and the tool hooks. It is all made of metal (no cheap plastic or non metal material anywhere) and the tools are good and sturdy! We have a gas fire place but use the tools on our outdoor fire pit!
