Jeff Winkelman: I have a 1974 Arrowglass Viper with a 140HP Mercruiser engine. As you can imagine, finding parts to fit something of that era can be a little difficult. Amazon Customer: I purchased an older outboard and didn't notice the anode missing. At higher speeds the engine torque was brutal to control. This worked perfect to resolve the issue. The motor I used it on was a 1970 mercury 650 65hp 4 cylinder.

Tracey R.: Exact fit to the original with half the weight which I guess doesn’t matter because if this impacts something you’ve got more things to worry about. Doesn’t come with the bolt so be sure to keep the original one.
