Vincent: We've had these pots and pans for over a year now, and they are like new. They are durable and still as non-stick as the day they arrived. Three simple rules: Always use nylon utensils, never use extreme heat, and always hand wash them.

Mr. Raymond Carroll: I bought these after doing research on what were the best non-stick, affordable pots and pans out there:) When they arrived I was amazed by how beautiful they were!!
1) The handles are coated with a smooth layer which feels very luxury.
2) They also heat up quickly. The way the skillets are designed, they heat all over and not just in the middle. This makes preparing food so much easier as it cooks evenly.
3) They are truly nonstick and super easy to clean.
4) I don't put them in the dishwasher, hand wash only and only use wooden or silicone utensils to cook with.
5) Do Not over heat them. (In other words when preheating, don't get distracted and let them just sit empty over high heat).
6) Do Not place HOT pots/pans/lids immediately in a sink with cold water. (let them naturally cool before washing).
If you can take good care of these pots and pans, they will last you a lifetime! (follow these common sense steps)
I've had these for a month now and use them on my electric stovetop. So far, I love them. No loosening, rusting or any other issue. I would most definitely recommend!
