Loi: I love Alex & Ani. I have several bracelets from them, but this time I ordered through Amazon and the bracelet came in a plastic bag ...not in the beautiful Alex & Ani original box, I was very disappointed .

Amazon Customer: I gave this as a gift. It appears to be authentic, but I was a little disappointed it didn't come in a box, just a plastic bag. I had to try to find something small enough to put it in last minute. I guess that's my fault for waiting till the last minute to order a gift! I would recommend this bracelet for yourself or a gift, it is very pretty.

Claudia Gómez: I loved the bracelet. It is as pictured I bought the silver toned one. However, it did come out a little oval shaped and I will say it is more so meant for people with smaller wrists. Also, the packaging is not as described. I was hoping it would come in a box and it did not. It came in a plastic little bag which kind of made it look like a bracelet from the dollar store. That was my only disappointment. Other than that, the charm is exactly as described and my friend was happy nonetheless. As for gift box, I bought one from target.

GG: I ordered this cute Alex and Ani soul sister bracelet for my friend as a gift (we call each other "soul sisters"). It arrived much sooner than I expected which was a nice surprise. The bracelet looks just as it's pictured and came with a piece of Alex and Ani card stock. My only disappointment is that it arrived in a packaging bag and not in a box, but I have plenty of little gift boxes that I can put it in. I would order this again as another gift.
