AKC Casablanca Round Plush Pet Bed for Maximum Comfort

E Monet: I never have imagined how perfect these little beds would be - I now have one for each room in my house and my mother has one for her dog. The size is just right for our Havanese puppies and they adore it. Pure joy and frolic and jumping and curling up and snoozing. They are cozy and lightweight, can be carried from room to room, and wash easily. They are the best of all. I don't know how long they will last, but at this point nothing could be better.

MyHonestOpinion: Another bed purchased based off the “AKC” branding and another disappointing bed.

It’s not terrible, the stuff seems soft, and the materials seem decent, but nothing is really holding the cotton balls inside, paired with being under stuffed, I can see this thing deforming and running after it’s first wash. There’s really nothing separating this bed from your average dog bed besides the nifty looking AKC patch on the front.

As for sizing, my 15 pound Pomeranian mix seems to like it and fit in it. I think they prefer the round shape as opposed to the rectangular beds. I wouldn’t recommend this bed for a dog larger then mine, because although he likes it, he has to curl up to really fit inside of it. My other dog is a 10 pound Yorkie and she had ample space.

For 20 something odd dollars, it’s decent, but I’m prepared to replace it in about 6 months if my dogs don’t manage to chew threw it before then.

Pero me gustó mucho, la tela está muy suave y cómoda, por afuera es de una tela más gruesa y adentro es más suave y cómoda y calientita para el pero. Los lados están poco más firme pero suaves como almohada para el pero. Mi Maltipoo de 4 kilos cave perfecto en la cama, pero mi Cocker Spaniel de 10 kilos le queda muy chica la cama. Pero además de eso, la cama está muy bien por el precio

hannah: The bed is the perfect size for my 5 pound cockapoo puppy with room to grow. It’s very soft and a nice colour (Ordered taupe). It’s decent quality with enough padding. It did have a few loose threads we had to take off so our puppy didn’t eat them. For the price it’s a great bed and our puppy loves it!

Laurence Morel: I barely ever write reviews but this is by far the best bed I’ve ever bought, probably at the lowest price too, and my dog is 14 so that’s many many beds in his life time. This bed is super plush and super soft, not bad looking at all, AND IT SURVIVES WASHER AND DRYER. Every other dog bed I own either breaks in the wash (even on gentle) or the filling moves around it the fabric and it’s a mess to reshape. Not this one. I own three now, they go in the wash on gentle, then dryer low heat two cycles and that’s it. BEST EVER!

Lastcar: So far so good. The pup uses it sometimes. Because puppies are jerks like that.

But bed is durable despite her chewing at it. Light and easy to relocate of course. Looks nice enough that we don’t mind it in any room. And she does really like it. She’s a pup and sleeps all over the place but hits the bed and sleeps well when she is into it.

Nice bed, sleeps in the rug in front of the kitchen sink 50% of the time. Cause that’s handy.

Eleven different toys, prefers hand towels. But not old ones. The nice ones. The second one hits the ground she can tell from two rooms away and is en route with lights and sirens.

Take her outside, doesn’t go to the bathrooms. Bring her in, insta-pee on the floor.

She’s ten weeks and is better than described but damn it, a full time job!

LinnieLinnie: This is the second set of beds I have bought for my two kitties, who are fifteen years old and weigh ten and twelve pounds; they sleep and take baths in them a good part of the day. They have ample room and frequently rest their heads on the raised side. I decided to buy the green this time and the color is as shown on Amazon. I'm happy with the way it blends in with my bedspread.

The fleece is very soft but does collect hair, as expected. I plan on placing the new ones on big bed as usual, and giving the old ones a vigorous washing to see if they will hold up to it. If they do, they will be backups or I will donate.

As shown in the photo, my bigger kitty couldn't wait for me to take the beds out of their box, and decided to enjoy bed and box at the same time, two of her favorite things! (She doesn't fill up the entire bed when it is fully open out of the box.) Dependable, fast shipping, definitely recommend.

JenniiBeanJenniiBean: I bought this bed for my kitty and he loves it. The bed itself is a very soft material with enough padding and fluff to be comfortable.

Unfortunately, my con is the machine washing directions on the tag. I placed it in the washer on delicate and once it was complete, there was stuffing all throughout my washer and a hole torn into the side of the bed. It was a mess to clean up and I was a little unhappy with that part. If you do wash this I would recommend only doing so maybe in a front load washer and if you don't have one then by hand.

As I said, I DID love this bed until it got into a wrestling match with my washer. That being said, I would recommend this product to others with the caution of machine washing.

I believe that reviews are solely for customers who are interested in learning more about a product before deciding to purchase. My ratings and reviews are based on my honest opinion of the product I've described above.

Jennifer Fraenkel: This bed has been wonderful for my smallish 36lb lab pit mix. The size suits him only because he sleeps curled up but he definitely spills out all over the place if he stretches out (not that this has ever stopped him!)

The bed is quite light and he can drag it around to wherever he wants to nap and i can really easily throw it in the car if needed. Its a great size to put on the seat of a car for cozy car rides also.

The quality isnt great but its holds up well in the wash and I wash it on warm and throw it in the hot dryer of my merciless laundromat. I thought he would prefer big cushy beds or memory foam but no, he loves this and so do I!
