Dee Em: Definitely size up. I'm 32D, which fits the M size chart. After reading reviews, I ordered the L in the spaghetti strap option (first option?). It fits well and is comfortable enough, but I would not wear this for working out. You'd want a style with thicker straps because heavy boobs will stretch down these skinny straps.

Karen: It work, I order size Large not too tight or lost. Medium might fit too but might be too tight when I try to put it on. I guess it a good to go up a size (with no zipper in the front) like some review said because when I look on the size chart. My size is Medium. My old sport bra are also medium with no zipper in the front, it was a little tight to put it on. So on some of the review it said go up a size, so I went up a size. I'm glad I went up a size. Love this sport bra.

gift giver: I wear them to gym classes and they are pretty good. They came though with a chemical smell which lasted for first wash or two....and were uncomfy and itchy (possibly my sensitivity to chemicals or it just needed stretching a bit on the sides under the arms.....but once that was all done (which I didn't appreciate a bit)...I now stopped second guessing if I wld b comfy in it and whether I want to wear it for a full day.....very good for their price.
And size wise.....I'm a 34c/d....yes one of those women where padded everything is needed to hide the difference in size....but anyhoooo I wear the size medium and they fit pretty nicely and supportive enough for me to do a boxing gym class with jumping and some floor work.

Maya S.: The construction of these sports bras feels very good and sturdy, however the sizing was very off. I ordered a XL (originally was going to order a large but Amazon sizing suggested the XL would be better) and what came in the mail has 3XL printed in the bra. On the packaging it still said XL. I'm not sure what happened here but they're definitely too big on me. Hopefully just a mix up in the packaging stage of the order. Maybe the manufacturer and the seller have a different idea for sizing?
