Stacey EllenStacey Ellen: When you turn 60, you look at your closet full of sleeveless dresses and question whether you should be wearing them -- my arms aren't what they used to be -- but sweaters in summer are not a thing, at least not for me. These little shrugs are awesome. The burgundy one that I bought looks more expensive than it is, and it works equally well with casual summer wear and evening wear. The fabric is sheer but paired with a similarly colored garment, not see through. In the evening, you could go dramatic to emphasize the see-through with a lighter colored garment underneath. The colors are rich/saturated. Perfect with my sleeveless dresses which will stay in my closet!
