JJ: the particular consumer: I don't think this was the very very freshest tea one can find, but it is very adequate and fragrant for a mass-produced and packaged tea.

For most casual tea drinkers, these tea bags should suffice to bring fragrant pleasure in the morning or night.

CarineCarine: Un thé noir aromatisé à la cardamone de qualité. La touche de cardamone, légèrement épicée, est trop prononcée pour qu’il soit agréable à consommer au petit-déjeuner, mais pour tout autre moment de la journée il est parfait. Autre caractéristique jouant en sa faveur, son format très économique et le fait que la marque adhère à l’ETP (organisation mondiale travaillant avec des entreprises de thé, des organisations de développement et des gouvernements pour améliorer les conditions de vie des travailleurs du thé, des agriculteurs et de leur environnement). Un produit à conseiller donc.

Athraa A.: This tea taste great especially for people who love cardamoms like myself.
Why I'm saying it's pricey is because I have just come back from my vacation from the middle east, I tried this tea over there, and I loved it.
I bought four boxes of this tea, exactly the same brand (100 tea bag/box), same packaging, same taste and brought them with me to Canada because i thought I can't find it here in Canada.
Each box costed me $2.5 Canadian dollars, and the four boxes costed me only $10 Canadian dollars.
When i found it on amazon, i decided to give it a try to see if it is the same one i bought from the middle east.
It is exactly the same tea, but way more expensive than the one i bought from the middle east, the price is more than double.
I wish they can reduce the price to be more reasonable for everyone, then I can switch to this tea rather than buying other brands.

Update,
It's July 1st,2023. The price has jumped from 6.99 to 9.99 within a month.
It's way too much, I'll switch back to my Tetly from Costco.

PT: I have been buying this product cardamom tea for several years and have been pleased with it. I look forward to enjoying a cup every day, and I have bought it for several others as gifts. In the last several months I have ordered two more boxes. One for myself and one for my daughter. Both boxes do not have any cardamom smell or flavor whatsoever. And the tea itself is not very tasty as a black tea either. I wanted to exchange these boxes with new boxes from Amazon but they do not allow the option. I then decided to contact the company directly as I thought they would want to know and to correct the problem. This has been a waste of time as well as they don’t seem to want to resolve this matter. I started an email dialogue with them over a month ago and sent them everything they asked for to no avail. I followed up again to no avail. Sadly, I will not buy their tea again as their product does not deliver the quality control and care that they advertise.
