Originally I was very disappointed because it was delivered to the wrong address and one of my neighbors claimed it got themselves. The seller went above and beyond to make sure that I got a replacement immediately. It was like a day before my Ugly Sweater Party and I had gone to the grocery store to pick up some wine for tonight and when I got back there was the box, just sitting on my front step like an unexpected, but unwrapped present.

Connolly: This garland is gorgeous and looks very high end..looks just like the picture...my frustration with it was just trying open it which was not easy because it came very compact and no clear indicator where to unfold it..branches very intertwined..took some time to figure out how to unravel it...still trying to open the battery box also...other than that it is very nice

Debra Lombardo: My product came flat folded up in a box no problem with that kind of like a Christmas tree you got a Fluff it yourself it did fluff up beautifully however there are no instructions and what I mean by that is this being almost like a Christmas tree you got a Fluff by itself all the branches are wired and twisted onto one base branch it comes wired together good luck finding the end to untwist it was a nightmare they could at least put a tag on the end that's my only complaint other than that it fluffs up beautifully and I'm glad I got it almost sent it back though 30 minutes looking for the proper end to unwindm

Amy Kerns: I got unflocked garland so stuff wouldn’t be falling off and making a mess. This has some glitter branches and glitter falls off everywhere. Also, the garland is on a stiff wire. I would NOT put this on my stairs/bannister. It would scratch it them to pieces. I put something down on my mantle and laid on top. It’s pretty, but it was a huge pain to straighten out because it’s so stiff. The holly berries fall off, too.
