Amazon Customer: I first tried using Dawn dish soap but it was pretty ineffective. My cat was scratching herself as if she never even had the bath. With the Adams shampoo, I knew it was working because I started to see fleas come off in the bath.
My cat has a mild case of fleas. Maybe 70% came off in the bath. Unlike flea drops that can only be used once a month, you can retry this process every week until they're gone. My cat didn't have any adverse reactions to this shampoo. It left her coat very soft and with a nice light scent. Not like perfume but a basic bar of soap. I didn't smell the shampoo much at all while bathing her.
The shampoo has a safety cap and open lid which means you have to be careful how much comes out. I wish it had a pointed nozzle instead but that's not really important. This is a very good product!

Rachel McQueen: DO NOT USE!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. We used this product according to the directions (except where it said to "Leave on fur/in coat for 5 minutes") on our 16 pound and very healthy cat. Within 12 hours he was showing MAJOR signs of poisoning from the chemicals in this shampoo. After a hefty Vet bill he is coming home to finish recovering from the hell this shampoo has put him through. And to add more to my frustration, the Vet even told us that they do not know how these shampoos get approved. They see more animals in there clinic with poisoning from these shampoos than anything else. So I will say again, DO NOT BUY THIS SHAMPOO!!!!!!!! *Update* Unfortunately our litter guy did not survive this ordeal. We lost him around 1:00 pm on Halloween. This horrible shampoo that was supposed to help our fur baby killed him. I will say this again and again and again. DO NOT USE THIS POISON!!!!!!!!!!

Miguel R.: Very misleading. In both the picture and the discription it says dogs. I was buying for my dogs! I was very disappointe when I got it and it was for cats.
