OoberDogLover: I got this dress for work but have ended up wearing it much more often than I expected. It's cute and simple and the cut is very flattering. I am 5'6, 155 lbs with smaller shoulders and curvy hips. I am a 34B and the top is a little loose around my shoulders and chest so I think it would fit perfectly for someone with a bigger bust. I went with a large because I didn't want it to fit too tightly in the office, but I could have gone for a medium if I wanted a less conservative fit. It hits slightly above the knee but not too scandalous and I feel comfortable when I am sitting down. The dress has not shrank through several washes and is super low maintenance and good for travel-it doesn't wrinkle. I would suggest drying 75% of the way then hanging it to finish drying. The only minor downside is that I wear a cross body bag and the strap started to make the dress pill a little bit across the chest but it was easily fixed with one of those little pill shaver devices. Looks cute with strappy sandals in the summer or heels at the office. It is thicker material so I could easily wear it with tights and a cardigan in the winter and be warm enough.

Jenn Scott: I ordered this in two colors, I loved it so much! These dresses are PERFECT for wearing to work and convincing your boss that you are a fancy and professional lady and provide enough of a blank canvas that they can be endlessly remixed with accessories.
The sleeves are long enough to counter the dreaded cap sleeve effect and the silhouette is extremely flattering, at least for short, busty ladies with a little bit of a tum they wouldn't mind downplaying a bit. I appreciated that it was high cut enough to not run into any cleavage overshare issues, and the structure detail in the midsection before the skirt widens out is great for playing up a more hourglass figure. It is plenty long enough for me at 5'1", but I think it would still be work appropriate for all but the very tallest of ladies. If it had pockets, it'd be the perfect dress.
And it's wash and wear! I always turn it inside out before washing it to try to extend the lifecycle a bit, but it seems like it's held up pretty well so far after multiple washings. It may eventually need a once over with a fabric shaver, but it's hanging in there for now.

Violeta CamposVioleta Campos: I really like this dress. It's great work attire. I am a little over 5ft, 118 pounds, 32DD. I usually wear size small in most dresses, but since it's for work and the sizing chart said that a Small's bust was closer 33 inches, I went with a medium. According to the chart, I should order a large since my bust is 38 inches. I'm really happy I didn't get the small and went with the medium. The chest area is a little tight, as I expected, but it doesn't look bad. It fits comfortably everywhere else and it's very work appropriate. The bottom hits right at my knee and doesn't feel too long. I am wearing it with a bra and a waist cincher (at work, in the picture I'm not wearing the waist cincher). I've already received several compliments at work. I'm going to be ordering more in different colors.

Jane: I just got this dress and am sending it back. It's way too small, and the texture of the fabric is not at all what I expected. I'm not sure if I'll replace it with a larger size or not.
I am generally between Medium and Large, and got this in Large. But it is WAY too tight, especially across the chest (bra size 36 C). It's also a bit tight around the waist & kind of bunches up where the waistband is. And it's even tight in the shoulders & back areas where I wouldn't expect it to be tight. After I tried it on I actually checked to make sure they didn't accidentally send a Small. So I am definitely sending it back, and If I decide I want this dress at all I'll have to size up to XL.
But the fabric is also a little weird, so I'm not sure if I'm going to exchange it after all. It's much more "slinky" than I expected. The fabric is shiny, feels kind of like spandex, and is not as thick as I thought it would be. I bought this for work & thought it would be both stylish and professional (it has sleeves! and a high neck! and isn't too short!) but I'm not sure if it does look as professional as I thought it would. It's hard to tell because it's so tight--maybe if...

SabrinaSabrina: When I pulled the dress out of the bag I didn’t hold high hopes, the fabric looked cheap and shiny, but as soon as I put it on it felt and looked great! Very professional and not too thin, pleats in mostly flattering ways. However, I’m typically a size M/L in most clothes, I’m 5’6 and 165lbs (mostly lower half / butt/thighs) I purchased a Medium and it’s too big in the stomach and just a bit baggy, which would be fine for the office, but I’m ordering a gray color as well and am going to try the small this time! Will hopefully update after some wear. Also, just wish it had pockets as I feel with the cut and style it’d work. I’d still happily pay this cost if I can get 6 months out of one.
