Steve Longacre: Chest type freezer door became warped not allowing it to seal properly. Added one of these to the left and right front side of chest. Attached hook to front portion of the lid....viola! Adjusted to compress lid seal slightly, it works great. Beats buying a new freezer.

Randal Youngberg: It works, not sure it would hold 100kg. You have to be sure the surfaces line up perfectly, as there is very little 'over center' forgiveness in the latch geometry. But if everything lines, up, it does work fine.

Grandpa: The toggle latch was the correct size to hold the leaves of the dinning table together and prevent the small separation when the table is jared during supper or other meals. The adjustable toggle made installation easy and holds great. Would recommend. The holes in the snap and lock piece will accept a number 8 wood screw head fits flat in the well hole. Length of the screw would depend of the thickness of the object being attached too.

Hudson: I really like these hold down clamps. I do woodworking as a hobby and often make jigs so I can make duplicate parts. These clamps are the perfect item for making those jigs.
Since they are adjustable they are easy to install (quite forgiving about slight misplacement of screws) . They are easy to use, they lock in place and are easy to release when you are done.
You can't beat the price for 5 clamps.
The only negative is the lack of screws to install them. Maybe I misunderstood the listing but "Available metric #4 flat screws." implied that they were included or offered separately by the seller. Neither one was the case.
