I received compliments all afternoon and while sharing photos. It was perfect for summer afternoon. My only complaint is one I had noted in a previous comment. The styling around the arms rubbed all afternoon and irritated the skin. That said, I couldn't have been more happy. It was so, me. I felt beautiful and hubby loved it.
It was the perfect dress for a perfect day.

E.C.: I wore this for a small wedding with family. I wanted a tea-length dress which was impossible to find locally. When it arrived, it was crammed into a small bag. When I took it out and steamed it, it still looked like it just came out of the bag. I paid $50 to the dry cleaners to press it, half the price of the dress.

Also: the bra was useless and I wore a strapless bra beneath it. I also removed the layer of nylon netting to make the skirt less full. It is a true ivory, not white.
The corset back took some time to lace up, but it’s the key to a good fit without alterations. After all this, the dress looked great and I got a lot of compliments.

BettyBetty: Likes: price point, color, material, lace, overall fit, style. The boning in the top and the corset flap.
Dislike: not cap sleeves. The more the corset is synced, the more the lace at the armpit dug in. The gape of the "keyhole" back...didn't lay right. The huge glob of heavy stiff toule under the skirt.

When I received the dress I was shocked how small the package was. There was a lot of dress. It was heavy and impossible to lace up properly by yourself. I was really impressed with the material, style and price. I am 5.2ish. I ordered up 2 sizes...size 14. I went by the measurements on the chart and other than the length, 14 was the right size. I happily removed the heavy toule under the skirt...it was way too much dress (for me) to manage and ultimately loved the dress more after it was removed.
I also had to reinforce the snap at the top and hem it up 3 inches. I changed the corsets lace up and added my own with coordinating wedding colors. I handled this dress a lot, (you may not) but I didn't mind and it really was perfect for our ceremony style.
I would recommend this dress.

Camille K.: Just wore it for my wedding. I went through a ridiculous amount of dresses before getting to this one, but I'm glad I did. So many compliments and it was very easy to move around and dance. 1 star off since like someone else wrote, it was a bit scratchy on the armpit/lower arm area, which may just be because I have bigger arms, but it was only intermittently. I'm also on the shorter side 5'3 so just be aware that it won't stop below your knees, but the sheer part will start grazing a little above the ankle which wasn't a bad look either. I was between a size 4 and a size 6. I went with the 4 and returned the 6 since, there are built in cups to the dress and I'm an A cup with nothing to fill out the 6.

Overall would recommend - the bodice lace-up style makes it super fitted to your waist without any tailoring, and you'll be mobile for the whole day.

Laura WilkersonLaura Wilkerson: My dress was prefect for my adventure elopement in the Redwoods National Forest. I wore it all day long, from record clerk's office, to forest, taking photos, going to the beach for more fun photos, driving to the court house, droning at another beach and dancing. I was able to move, climb, dance and sit with ease. The HOWEVER part is that it rubbed my armpit raw. By mid morning, I noticed it was going to be my undoing by night. It had some blue pen marks from making the dress that I didn't mind, you couldn't see it when it is on. No big deal. Oh and prefect fit for my chest once the dress was tied up in the back! (Breastfeed my children)

Amazon Customer: So we followed the instructions for measuring & this isn't nearly the size it supposed to be, in fact it albut fits my 9 year old granddaughter...!!!
The top is so narrow I would say its a UK size 6-8 at most...!!!
The mesh underneath feels more like chicken wire its so hard, the boning at the bust is misshapen, bent & digs in, so disappointing as the photos look so pretty.

MHMH: Des compliments que n'en finissent plus! Très grande qualité pour le prix. Robe très confortable, aisance de mouvement. 135lb, 5'4 . J'ai commandé une taille 10 tel que recommandé par la charte des grandeurs et c'était exactement la bonne taille. Juste eu besoin de lui donner un petit coup de défroisseur à vapeur avant de l'enfiler.
