bbruinz14: I bought the chocolate sea salt box. The bar itself is light, easy to chew, and tastes just like a brownie. I eat one per day in the morning along with a protein shake with a tablespoon of MCT oil in it as a meal replacement. That means I get 12 "meals" out of this box, for less than $2.00 per bar.

I am not doing keto, so don't be steered away and think that this protein bar is only for people using keto. It's just a healthy bar.

dd53: I bought a box of the samplers a year or so ago. I thought they were a little dry but okay. I liked the nutrients that are included, though, so I bought some more of the two kinds I liked best to keep in my office. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they aren't dry now and they taste better overall. I assume they adjusted the recipe to improve the taste. I enjoyed them and will buy again.

Mrs. Conner: I was looking for a high protein high fiber bar to help me manage the dawning effect while I slept. I bought these to sample. I ate one at about 10pm and at 1am I was wide awake, but super clear headed. I thought do these have caffine in them? I grabbed the box and read the ingrediants..

In my haste looking for high fiber and high protein, I paid no attention to the IQ part. Whoops.. coffee has nothing on these bars. I was not hyper.. just awake and clear headed tackling tomorrows problems before they arose.

The next day i ate one breakfast and it made a huge difference in how productive I was able to be so I ordered a whole case. Yeah its like that!

My only grip is must they be so nutty? Every single bar has some nutty texture to it and it gets stuck in your teeth. I personally like the macha, toaste coconut, banna nut, and lemmon blueberry., They taste very good for all the fiber and protein they have in them.. just the nutty ness is annoying.. so wash down with a drink? Totally worth the money. Oh and yes they did fix my dawning issue at night and during the day.

Nana Grace: When I first bite into these, to me, it seems like a very artificial coconut flavor. But then, after that, it tastes really good to me. I love that they have Stevia as the sweetener so there’s only one calorie of sugar. They are a little drier than normal bars, but when you get a high protein bar that’s going to be what you get. I think they’re great quality. The only change I would make is if they could get the first bite or taste of artificial coconut flavoring fixed. I love coconut and I love dark chocolate so it’s a win-win for me. I’ve tried the almond chip and the banana nut, and by far the coconut chip is my favorite.

Dielle: I was looking for a low carb, low sugar, high protein bar that has more natural ingredients and still tastes good. These bars are super tasty and I like that there isnt a bunch of unpronounceable junk in them. All the flavours I have tried so far are good.

I'm finally submitting an updated review. I was sent a sample variety box from the Co-Founder. I was hesitant about these bars at 1st but gradually tried each. Indeed they did make changes. I gotta say, great improvements. The flavors are much better than before and have more of a moist, yet not oily, oatmeal/soft-like texture. Normally I like my bars cold but these are very good at room temperature. I went ahead and tried a bit of the remaining ones. I'll go through each favor.

1) Matcha Chai: I didn't even know they had this flavor. It's a new one to me. The matcha flavor is there and on point. It's a flavor I'm not used to but it might grow on me. I definitely like the ingredients this one has.

2) Blueberry Lemon: Far better, strong blueberry and lemon flavor with blueberry bits.

3) Blueberry: This had a deeper blueberry flavor, a better improvement. Good bits of blueberry.

4) Banana Nut: Definitely better, the banana nut hits the taste buds quickly.

5) Almond Butter Chip: I'm an almond and peanut butter lover and this one is quite good. May end up one of my favs. I did taste the almond butter quite well and...
