Bo W: Good selection of #7's in 9 sizes. The kit arrived quickly but was packaged in one of those loose fitting plastic bags with no protection therefore the case with the screws took the brunt of the abuse during shipping. All the pieces were still contained within the case and shrink wrap but the screws were no longer organized into their individual compartments.
The small blue latch that is supposed to hold the case closed broke so the screws jumped their fences and began to mingle. I considered simply returning it through Amazon and getting another set shipped but the card inside had an email address and implored you to contact them if you weren't completely satisfied so they could make it right...so I did.
I had all the screws so i just asked for a new box. The response was almost immediate and they offered to send another set if I replied with my contact and mailing information. Within minutes of sending that email another replay came back with the shipping information and estimated date of delivery...about a week. I hope they package it a bit differently so the case stays intact!

Gerald Reed: These never quit. I got them to install fencing to posts. No matter how jammed in the brackets or removed and redone, these never stripped or broke. Used high speed with my brushless fastener power drill. I have installed a deck with high dollar deck screws that weren't this good wow! Only reason I give a 4 rating is that there are not enough long screws with toi many shorter ones. And, the box fell open talk about 32 card pick-up... no heads broke off during the project. These are holding iron fencing to posts, they are like superman steel. Cant get this steel anymore, I need bits made like this. Matches the black fencing, also.
