It's not as sturdy as higher end containers but, easy to put togethers and a great value for price.

I have a small balcony that is around 4-5 feet wide by 10 feet long, and I purchased this in order to get a bit extra storage space. There were still plenty of balcony space after I installed this box.
Where I live, it rains 200 days out of a year, and we recently had a snow storm, the box is still there! Things are dry. That is all I wanted.
The balcony does have a roof on top, but still, the rain and snow do get on top of the lid. I didn't even lock the lid, the lid is still sturdy after six months because I rarely open it.
Box is definitely flimsy, but it serves the storage purpose! As long as you don't sit on it or drag it around.
It was very easy to put together.
I put my whole 6 feet plastic Christmas tree box in this box and I still have spaces for more gardening stuffs!
Over all, it is good enough for its price.

It's nice to look at and fairly easy to put together, but the pieces don't fit exactly right and you can't sit on it once it's up. It's too flimsy for that. A child could sit on it, but anything over 100lbs and it starts to fold up. Also, while I like a latching lid, it takes two hands to open it as you have to unlatch one side then the other while making sure the first side doesn't re-latch. I use it for my animal food so I don't have to get into it on a daily basis so it's ok, but it would be VERY annoying if I had to mess with it daily.

This is the second one I have purchased. One for the deck and one for the patio by the pool. These storage boxes are sturdy,easy to move and hold alot of stuff. I use it to store the chair cushions ( 6 of them) the lanterns 3 of them , filter media for the pond filter ,some misc items and still have plenty of room left over!! I can put a table cloth over the top and use it to hold extra dishes when having a picnic on the deck. At the pool I use to for chair cushions,pool tools and toys, lanterns, and extra towels. It is plenty big enough without taking up too much room. Thanks to my Grandson I discovered they will also hold a small child when playing hide and seek!!:) Highly recomend
