L: These do not fit all bras,still very useful. These work extremely well. I use them on bras they don't fit perfectly and they are still helpful. You can not feel them anymore than regular straps. Soft with slight cushion. Work great on bras they fit.

CLW: These are great and made a difference in comfort. They stay hooked even in the washer (I do use a lingerie bag and hang to dry.) Love that 3 colors were included.

My size is 36c but I usually wear 38c because if i wear 36c it is always tight from back and therefore I have to choose 38c but that is loose from bust are..
So I thought of trying it and trust me it’s fabulous,game changer..
Now i can comfortably wear 36c bra using this hook extender
