C.L. Boettcher: Had many of these around the house. Remember, anything you buy that is metal-on-plastic or plastic-on-metal is only as good as the plastic. Kind of like a lot of outdoor power equipment, if it isn't metal-on-metal... I like the length of these and the size of the head but the wire ones with a plastic head don't break off.

Mark M.: These swatters seem flimsy. But they all are. They work as well as the rest. They are not built like baseball bats but they are sturdy enough to kill flies with little effort. I like the telescoping handles.
