Amazon Customer: They are exactly as described. They are thin and take up so much less space in the closet, they are a true white and gold color, they are coated in Velvet and prevents clothes from slipping off the hangers, and lightly notched to hold camisoles. They are also actually quite sturdy and can hold a lot of weight. Perfect for my needs.

Lisa: The hangers are pretty -- with an ivory-colored velvety base and gold hanger hook. They are shaped nicely to fit your clothes so that sleeves and such of garments do not become distended and bulge when you wear them. I don't know how many sweaters and tops have been ruined by the wrong hangers (especially the iron-wire ones and the plastic hangers that come with clothes ordered by mail. I have bought these for my daughter as well. She loves them.
