Matt: I think this book should be given to every kiddo starting in life. It has some great basics to abide by. For us older kiddos, we SHOULD know most of this by now. It comes off a little corporate-heavy, almost as if it was written for employees, but there are some great tools here.

Mrs. J. Taylor: Interesting, fun read. The older you are, the more of this you already know or practice and so large elements will be reading up on the modern way of doing things which doesn’t seem to have altered that much. Common courtesy, really. Not a lot of information. Much is modern office related.

Cleme: Very useful especially for young professionals entering the work force in office environments and business lunches. I noticed that many youngsters don't know some very basic etiquette and protocols. Some people think that employers don't notice your table manners but believe me they do, you are their representatives. Some of the advices are common sense that most people know, but sometimes it helps to be reminded, it is less embarrassing to be reminded in a book than by your boss or worst by a client. The book is an easy read and enjoyable.

MissBriMichelle: I loved how this book was able to touch on not only common courtesy, but also the noble, memorable, and gracious ways to go about every day situations. Many are under the impression that having etiquette and being kind puts you under the mercy of the people you are in front of when it in fact sets a memorable personal standard that leaves you respected, prepared, considerate, and consistent in almost all occasions.
Great read to go back and review from time to time
