The Wild Olive: Wow, this rice is the bomb. Such good flavor and texture - so dense and chewy but not hard or gummy. Just perfect!!! Plus, the quality of this brand is top drawer. I tried the 365 brand and there was no comparison! Whenever you make some, be sure to make a big batch so you'll have leftovers. It makes the BEST fried rice. Please note, the water-to-rice ratio for cooking this type of rice is much lower than other types of white rice, so be sure to follow the cooking instructions! At first I thought "that's way too little water!" but it works.
