Ike17055: A great addition so far. I also have problems with igniter not working as advertised, but using a long match or long igniter is a simple adjustment. I wanted a bench-style (Rectangular and lower height) rather than More common square table, which is somewhat limiting, but a good choice. At first, this one didn't meet my preferences, but i now realize this ticks more boxes for me. It sits lower than some, thus the heat is more accessible, and its wide table area is convenient for putting up the feet, if desired. When not in use for heating, it is still very functional. The low profile also required the separate table for tank storage — at first a turnoff for me, but now, I find it really handy. The farm plank look also is more rustic, and a perfect match for the area I am using it. It is a high BTU unit, with beautiful full flame, which was harder to find in this size without going into high budget threshold, so the pricing was a real plus also — it stayed within my limit, and still delivered what I wanted. I found it to be well packaged for delivery. The modest cover is a nice, serviceable addition, being included as part of the purchase. It’s a lot of...

CREO:
The table arrived, and after setting it up I was unable to locate the side table that covers the propane tank. I checked online and noticed one other person also didn't receive hers. I started digging and checked some negative reviews which had me a bit frazzled with many complaints about customer service at BCP. I checked the BBB website and decided to submit my own email.
I received a response pretty quickly and was advised the item was shipping separately (although the instructions state its located under the the actual fire-pit). Mine did arrive a few days later.
As for the actual Pit itself, mine works fine. It takes a second to get used to igniting the item since you do need to press and hold the gas knob WHILE TURNING IT, and only release once a good fire is started. The directions do not explain this well at all. The build quality is OK,nothing to brag about. A solid whack with a hammer and I imagine the whole table will crumble. Not sure how much weather the item will handle but time will tell. I definitely do not think its worth the $499 price tag plus tax, considering I also purchased a glass wind guard for another $90 on top of it. Perhaps if...

Honest SereenaHonest Sereena: The media could not be loaded. This is an amazing fire pit. As a female, I put it together by myself with a little help from my 13 year old daughter. Used it for the first time for Thanksgiving and it was absolutely awesome! My best friend came over and loved it. I used the lava rocks that came with it as a base and then used the beautiful teal fire rocks on top. Only used a 10 pound bag and it was more than enough. Followed what other viewers said about holding it down to ignite and it fired up like a charm. I’m using a 20 pound refillable propane tank and the side table hides it beautifully. We’ll see durability in the coming months to years. As others have said, it does come with a small paint bottle and brush. It is heavy. So far, I highly recommend. This is definitely a beautiful looking fire pit.

kara prez: Edit: The igniter is the piece not working. Rather then send a replacement igniter which only weighs a few ounces they are insisting that I repackage the entire tables and ship them back!! Never again with this place! ...... This table arrived in a box that looked like it had been kicked down several long streets. It actually arrived on 2 separate days. I had read the reviews about the igniter issues so I felt very prepared to get the table working. Little did I know I never stood a chance. Once the table was set up and connected we eagerly tried to ignite. Nothing. We followed the instructions, we followed the tips in the review... nothing. I opened the igniter to change the battery as instructed... hence the issue. clearly this table had been returned by someone else and reshipped to me. The inner coil had been stretched out and recoiled, there was no clicking on the igniter Bc no contact was being made within. Once I realized the table was broken/defective I immediately contacted the company BCP. They were responsive enough and friendly when they told me I would have to ship the entire table and end table back in order to find a resolution. I...

c pricec price: The product is very heavy but moveable if you are by yourself. Well packaged. Be careful. This product is made of cement or plaster. I did have a small chip at bottom corner. It ended up being beautiful. It complimented my patio furniture. Very happy with this purchase.
Getting the pit to lite was a little frustrating because the instructions said battery was already in the ignitor. It was not😁. But make sure your tank is filled and the regulator is properly secured. It worked fine. I didn't have any problems with rocks popping. Thank goodness. But I did stay clear for the 20mins as instructed. I can't wait. Enjoy!
