S C: I bought this based on good review from my sister, who has had good weight loss success. It's easier on hips, knees, back. I use it with the balance bar. There are youtube videos for guidance. I now do my own simple routine while watching TV, and the time seems to go by faster. Both my sister and I agree that we get more from this trampoline in less time than our daily 2 mile walks. Even just beginner 5-10 minutes a day is beneficial with good results within two weeks of doing it. It is not loud, you can hear the springs a little but not enough to drown out the TV sound. Setting it up was a little challenging to figure out, and one of the springs was off from shipping and not easy to reattach. However, it's sturdy and works well. I don't fold it, so I can't offer anything about that. I leave it set up in a space in a bonus room and drag it in front of the TV when I use it. It's a good size, but I don't think it takes up an excessive amount of room. Amazon Customer: Fairly easy to assemble and very sturdy. It has survived my very active nephews that seem to think it’s a toy. Haven’t had the need to take it down but curious as to how it will work out. I almost feel like it will spring back. It does come with its own travel bag so that would be useful if you decide to take it on vacation. I have one planned for this summer and I may take it with me. All in all it’s been fun to use. I’ve been having some hip and/or sciatic issues and jumping doesn’t bother it at all.
