halka: The set looked like it was a return, and the short towel was impossible to fasten to the back bracket because the bottom Allen key screw keeps falling in without catching the bracket.

carolsioux: Normally I end up with extra holes in the wall while installing this type of hardware. These were easy to install and look very high end. I was able to install the entire set in 30 minutes. Highly recommend. Very good quality for the price.
