Stilgar: We've tried other brands but keep coming back to these. The green is super hot but delicious, we figured out how to cut it down without having to do Thai Hot (I like some spice but this blows my ears off undiluted). The only shame is that we rarely get any food items from Amazon anymore where cans and boxes aren't damaged. Two of these were crushed beyond use but we know from other orders the flavors are good. Please bring back decent packagin or at least refund damaged unusable items. It's become kind of a you know what shoot if we will get usable products anymore and I hate writing that. But enjoy the curries, they are wonderful!

Ttooty: Perfect tin size for standard meal for 4, or leftovers next day for smaller family. Larger tins that you have to keep till next time you make that dish can sometimes be wasteful. With this variety pack it’s fun to make a new dish. Delicious favor. Am buying again

Steven Rossellini & Daughters: I usually make my curries from scratch and I guess they're not very authentic. I use salt, turmeric, curry powder, garlic, fresh ginger, black pepper, ground chilies, and whatever else I see in the spice cabinet. I often use coconut milk or coconut cream. I make fish, chicken, lamb, and goat curry. I probably use far too much garlic. I especially did during the height of the pandemic to encourage people to keep their six foot distance. This assortment of curry pastes makes my life a lot easier. I open a can, may add a bit of tomato sauce or stock and I'm cookin' They are all really delish and different from one another. You will know that you are a curry aficionado when you can distinguish between a Korean and Japanese curry, both wonderful, but very different.
8/31/2023 I forgot to add...the recipes on the individual tins are usually for using the entire tin. For many folks, that may be too strong. Add the the curry paste to your taste. In the "green" there is significant salt, so use the paste about one teaspoon at a time to the coconut milk.
