GUNRUNNER: I used these to put tint on my home windows to keep house cooler they glide right over the tint and as long as you keep the tint wet with soapy water they glide right over it and get out the air bubbles . However if you run it over a drier spot it will rip tint

Kevin: Doesn't scratch the vinyl or paint, depending on your use. If you want to save money you can just use a credit card or even find a felt strip and wrap it around a card. But if you don't have time for that then these do the trick. They're pretty sturdy and a tad bit smaller than a credit card.
