Tennessee Gal: The French press is very easy to use, and the instructions are well-written for the uninitiated. The included frother is VERY fast. I put too much cream in a cup and ended up with a mountain of froth in seconds. It will be fun to add whip to cocoa in the winter as well as cold foam to my coffees.

Came home and found an unexpected package at my door; to my surprise, it seems the seller just went ahead and sent me a replacement on their own. No matter how disappointed I was with the product, I have to give it to the seller for standing behind their product like this, so I upgraded the stars to commend their customer service. Note that I have not tried the new unit yet though, and honestly I’m a little paranoid still after the previous experience, but I will give it a shot. Fingers crossed the glass will not crack so soon again like the first time. In sum, customer service standing by their product like this deserves the credit. Now hopefully the product will just hold up as well...
