The fire pit was delivered much quicker than expected. It was packed very nicely, assembled easily with easy to follow
Directions. It is well made and gives off way more heat than I expected. It, however , had a dent in the top. I emailed the
Company with a photo of the dent. Less than a week later I had a new top to replace the defective one.
I would definitely recommend the product and the company.

This firepit was relatively easy to assemble.
Once I got it together, it works wonderfully.
It’s easy to start and easy to shutdown.
Similar to a propane BBQ.
It put out some great heat, the sides don’t get hot & it look beautiful.

We are a retired couple who need to be outside and away from the television so we purchased a 28 inch Ciays firepit to put on our open deck. We had it delivered three days after the purchase and found the firepit was well packaged with very good assembly instructions. The assembly was very easy after having read the instructions and the firepit looked great. My wife and I are enjoying the calm, peaceful flaming firepit in the evening just before dark as we talk and enjoy one another. Great unit and we are very happy with it.

Was looking to replace my old firepit that just stopped working and came across this one. I didn’t want to spend a lot so I was at first attracted to the price. The size was perfect and exactly what I needed for my outdoor space. It’s got a great heat
output and the style compliments my patio furniture nicely.
This comes shipped in a box and requires assembly but it’s so easy to put together. Instructions are clearly written and easy to read. I put it together by myself, closely following the directions and it took about 45 minutes. Once built, it’s a pretty solid piece, does not look or feel cheap. I wanted to give 5 stars but I’m giving 4 because it was so difficult to light. I read the users manual and it was not helpful. It mentioned something about removing and then putting back the battery on the igniter. I was so confused because the manual that came in the box with the pit made absolutely no mention of a battery. I also read the Amazon reviews, searching for any helpful tips but was still not able to resolve my issue. It was frustrating and I was so worried I’d have to take it apart and send back for a replacement. I ended up calling...
