RandyM: My knock is the packaging the pans came in. The pans were shipped in a soft envelope package but they’re too delicate for that and risk being damaged, which mine were. On the plus side, the seller was responsive and replaced the pans.
The pans are great to use for grease or grilling or baking. I’m really happy with the pans
