Animal Adopter: These blankets are baby soft! Cute little patterns for dogs. This size is for a small to medium dog. I have a Chiweenie. He's so lovable and absolutely loves little blankets. We're in Warner climate so now I purchased these as they're lighter weight and not so cumbersome. He loves to cover his face or snuggle into the blanket lol. Yes, he's fine. Chiweenie's have a trait where they like to snuggle under blankets. He's a young dog and very strong. These particular blankets are lightweight as I mentioned, but cozy and SO SOFT your cat may very well settle in on it too. They wash nicely. I wash these on a QUICK GENTLE CYCLE, with similar items, using Cold or warm (NO hot) water. Mild detergent is great. NO FABRIC SOFTENER!!!! Believe me, these blankets are SUPER SOFT (BABY SOFT actually) and the softener can ruin these blankets. If you'd still like to use some type of addition (for your other items with the blankets, add about a half cup (1/2) cup of White Vinegar to your "softener" dish in your machine when first preparing your washer. Enjoy your blankets :))
