Julia M. Heinly: I have used these to stash all my stuff during walks with my dog. Big enough to fit treats in one pocket and my phone, keys, and AirPod case in the other pocket. Easy and convenient access. Also nice that you can just throw it in the washer.
However, not sturdy (or fashionable) enough so I have purchased an actual fanny pack. I also got tired of having the tie around the waist, so I'm looking forward to having the adjustable clip on the fanny pack.

Sage Shopper: I bought this so at my indoor/outdoor business I could carry around 2 phones: a cordless (business) handset and my personal cell phone. Unfortunately this apron did not work well for that purpose: The handset and cell phone although not large, were too heavy for the apron , as it sagged and pulled down constantly unless I tied the ties very tight around my waist which looked stupid. The ties are just too thin (like shoelaces) and dig in to your body. Also the pockets are the wrong shape for todays cellphones - It could not stand upright without falling out with any motion and was too narrow to lay the phone sideways and still get it out of the pocket easily ties to no tug tightly. The handset phone fell out constantly just from being too heavy if I even bent over a little bit, (which was the whole point of having a pocket apron rather than a phone in my pants or shirt pocket. Oh well, back to the drawing board...
