D B: This is the one of the best tools for keeping in shape, and staying sharp and focused. Couldn't ask for more considering the price and the quality of the material. Highly recommend for all ages. navis mailet gonzalez: The media could not be loaded. When you hit the ball with your knuckles the ball flies off to the side. The ball will most likely hit your face so you have to dodge like how I did in the video.
