I love that they do not start coming off prematurely. The adhesive is strong and keeps the pads in place. The only thing I was disappointed about was the size. I was expecting them to be small enough to fit under the big toe. Otherwise, no complaints.

These used to stay on for many days but now only stay on 2-2.5 days and seem less sticky. However, they serve their purpose and give me the relief I need. I need to trim one side to keep it from sticky out past the edge of my foot which is why I tried the U shaped ones - they fit better and were more comfortable but they only stayed on a day if that. So I'm sticking with these circular callus pads.

These cushions work great to relieve pain on the ball of your foot. I have callous growths (Keratoderma) on the balls of both feet that feel like you are walking on a sharp pebble. In between doctor’s visits to alleviate the growths, it can get downright painful to walk, so I use corn cushions to alleviate discomfort. When I first tried this version, I thought they were going to be too large (they are about double the size of a typical corn cushion), but they actually work better as they do not pinch as the smaller size sometimes does. The adhesive is good, and they will withstand a shower without coming off, but I prefer to remove them beforehand to clean the foot area, as they do leave a bit of sticky adhesive behind. Using these cushions allows me to walk several miles a day without foot pain. They would also be good to alleviate pressure points on any area of your foot at well. Good value and quality for the money.
