Fran007: As a rule I do not read "self help" books, but after reading the reviews I decided to give this one a try, and it has been life saving to say the least. I am the queen of "overthinking" and even had a sticker on my IPhone, that said, "Hang on while I overthink this." The author of this book gives incredible insight to "anxiety" and the manner in which all of us developed "healthy" anxiety. Think: survival. However, my overthinking and anxiety had reached the point where it had nearly overtaken me, and this book has been life changing. I have shared the name of this book to hundreds of people, and most of them are either reading the book, or about to purchase the book. I just hope it helps others as well as it has helped me.
