HMonkey: I wanted to have two beams of rack model to hang my bath towel after my shower. This is very light weight and easy to install and also great customer service. There was a missing screws for the arrival but I got immediate response back from customer service to take care and send the screw set. So far it is durable and sustaining moisture condition of daily use. Great product overall!

Angelika: Das Produkt entspricht meinen Vorstellungen. Was mich sehr geärgert hat ist der Versand. Das Produkt war in einem Karton verpackt, der es 5x hätte aufnehmen können. Die Zwischenräume wurden mit dermassen viel Papier aufgefüllt, dass man davon bequem mehrere Zeitungen hätte drucken können. Im Angesicht der schwingenden Resourcen ist das unverantwortlich. Da das nicht das erste Mal ist, werde ich mir in Zukunft überlegen, ob ich wieder bei Ihnen bestellen soll. Ein Umdenken ist zwingend erforderlich.

tao_observer: Looks good and is sturdy. Not a fan of the drywall anchors provided - did not seem reliable. I used my own anchors and screws instead - no big deal.

culturecat: This product is great. The size is just right for what I wanted, and it has a nice sleek look. I use it mounted on the shower wall so I can hang the shower mat and other items, inside the shower to drip dry. Not too difficult to install, just measure the distance between the center holes of the brackets and transfer to where you want it hung. The instructions provided make it seem more complicated.

Steve W.: Great appearance. Easy to install. An excellent value. I wish I had had a stud in the right place that I could have anchored at least one side of the rack to it but unfortunately that wasn't the case. I used stronger plastic anchors than the ones provided, which was inexpensive to do. The rack feels pretty strong and I am confident it will hold but a stronger anchor would have made me feel even more confident. Still I'm very satisfied with the results. I recommend this product to others.

Amazon Customer: The towel rail is good. Just what we wanted. You are asked to register the product and offered 3 more months on the warranty. I usually register anything with a warranty anyway so went ahead. I thought it odd that they wanted a computer file rather than just an invoice number as proof of purchase and attached a pdf copy of the order from Amazon. I then felt I didn't want to send this pdf file but could not remove or delete the attachment. I decided not to send the registration but it went through. I must have inadvertantly moved the mouse over the send button and it connected. I don't know but that is all I can think of. Now quite disturbed that it had gone through I thought I might contact the company and see if this had happened to anyone else. It was then I found that the company is in China, not an easy place to complain to. Luckily the only information sent was my address, which is bad enough, but not my Amazon account number or credit card details. I wish Amazon would make it plain and easier to find where these companies are before we order. Yes I should have looked myself and have only myself to blame but Amazon could help us too.
