Yesy: These masks do not really come with instructions, but I was able to watch videos of previous reviews. I wear the thinner part in towards corner of the eyes and then the thicker part on the outside of the eye area. I used it for 20 minutes and my dark circles were lighter plus I looked refreshed. After my results, I purchased a few more for my coworkers to try too!
