I use avocado oil and coconut oil for cooking. This Avohass organic avocado oil is actually delicious when used in a dressing but it does not have an over-strong flavor when used in cooking. It is perfect.

This is probably the best organic olive oil on the market but it has risen so much in price that it is longer something that I can buy. When I first started purchasing it was $30 for two bottles now it is up to $59. I am all for paying for a quality product but there is then a point where you feel like it's too much. The oil and delicious and fatty, I have had some issues with the cap and it looks like some particles falling into the bottles, so I would suggest some different packaging. If money is no option for you, this is great, but we have started to buy another brand that is almost as good but less than 1/2 the price (and still organic but in a plastic container).
