DJ Vent: I’m starting the KETO diet again bc I had great success with it about 5 years ago. I wanted something to help boost results so I purchased these. I was hesitant bc most pills will make you jittery and you feel a crash a few hours later. I like the ingredients in this product vs all the others I researched. I take 1 capsule when I first wake up (before my coffee bc I’m not a breakfast eater) and 1 before my dinner. I’ve lost 6lbs my first 4 days so far. By combining these pills with a 30 carb per day keto plan I have a feeling this will be a good experience losing the weight I want. When I first tried the keto diet 5 years ago I had only 20 carbs per day and was on a very strict diet. I did lose 30lbs in 4 months but keeping track of everything I was putting in my mouth was such a drag bc if you mess up then your body won’t be in ketosis (which is what burns fat 24/7) these pills help you stay in ketosis even if you’re not counting every calorie, fat gram, & protein. Love nice: Jt got mine today an started but I only took one pill just to see if I have side effects an in 20 min in of talking the pill I got horrible headache , an body aches. Is this normal? Should I take my other 2 pills if I already have a headache? I did notice the energy but the headache is horrible…I’ll up date with more ass the weeks go by.
