Sarah A: No instructions came with the package so if I didnt Already know how to put these on then I’d be clueless. I looked Up some videos on how to apply because I was Not getting the best fit and nothing helped. Yeah, it will push your boobs together but there is no lift. The sticky backing would not come off in one sheet, so there is no putting the backing on after use. The sticky stuff is SO STICKY it HURT to peel off. Super small area for nipples to go, and when that sticky stuff gets on there it hurts like h*** to get off.

Christopher Barker: I dunno these just didnt really work out for me. It barely will stick underneath my boobs after only 2 uses, basically falling off and sticking to my clothes while im wearing it. I dunno if i should have sized down or the shape of the bra doesnt fit me right but they dont work for me.
