cmb336: I like the dress. It fit as expected - should have ordered a size up as I have gained a bit of weight around my middle during COVID. If that's the case for you, order a size up. There is not a lot of stretch in this dress and I felt a bit like a sausage as another reviewer had previously mentioned.
The green slip rode up a bit and there was a transparent area between the end of the slip and the scalloped sequin edge. 4 of the black decorative fringe strings on the bottom fell off before I got to the party as did a few (2 that I heard) beads.
The jewelry is cheap-looking in comparison to the dress, so I went out to an antique shop and found a vintage diamante choker and earrings that sort of matched. Then I layered on real pearls.
The dress was worth what it cost. Many other women were wearing the same on in a variety of colours - mostly black on black and grey. Mine was the only green I noticed.
