K. T.: I have bought three boxes so far, using them when I have eye strain or an oncoming migraine. The heat and moisture combo is very relaxing, and the lavender scent is very pleasant...when it's there. The first two times I purchased this, everything worked as advertised. Unfortunately, this third/most recent box has not only no lavender scent, but it smells like some kind of fuel (assumedly whatever is in it to make it heat up). It's very distracting, although if you can get past the smell they still work as a heat/moisture mask. I have a rechargeable mask as well, but these are nice when you want to save space (especially when traveling). I did not bring the issue up with the manufacturer, but if it happens again I will, and I will edit this post to review the customer service aspect.
