Louise Leak: I needed these bottles in order to get rid of all of the old plastic and ceramic dispensing containers sitting on the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room counters. I really did not care so much about the caps, but I am happy to have them in case I find a use for them later. The caps do not seem to be made from heavyweight lab or industrial quality plastic, and I didn't expect them to be for the price of this case. If you need this type of quality cap you will need to purchase them separately and they do cost. What I moved on to after the bottles was finding aesthetic, high-quality, longer-lasting, metal-topped dispensing pumps to fit them. That took a really long time and was a more complicated purchase, but in the process I discovered the perennial, lousy-quality, dispensing pump issue that got me started on this project did not just affect me. It seemed to also plague a large number of reviewers on amazon.
Getting back to the bottles, they are not thin and fragile, nor are they thick and sturdy like beer bottles. I would put them right in the middle of those extremes. I rated them highly because I believe that they will safely serve the purpose for which I bought them for...

Kindle Customer: I needed larger bottles for the herbal oils and glycerites I make. These are just what I need. One was broken when the box arrived (poorly packed by Amazon, not the company). I sent a note from my Order page through Amazon to them (with photos of broken bottle) and they initiated a replacement immediately. I will be a repeat customer based on their excellent Customer Service. Rare these days to find a company that responds quickly (as in less than 30 minutes) and solves the issue.
