AdrianaAdriana: I opened the first package upon arrival, it was perfect. On the same day, I wanted to open another one for my husband and the second and third packages that were dried off (see photo). The fourth was fine. The product itself is good but it sucks that it came like this. Not satisfied as I didn't get what I paid for.

Only complaint is that you have to be careful when opening the package -- if the tray is face down, the masks will fall out easily!

M. S.: I notice a difference in my under eye are after using these for at least 20 mins. My skin is moisturized and less puffy.
I’ve used them for less time and they do nothing for me. I recommended popping a couple packs in the fridge every couple days to keep them on deck and use while getting ready.

Ghada: When I read the reviews I thought it’s going to be really good I actually used one kind before and it was not this kind and it was wonderful it makes under the eyes completely flat no puffiness of any kind this is what I expect us to do but it really didn’t do anything

Amazon Customer: I only purchased these eye masks to help with depuffing and smoothing out fine lines under my eyes as these were my only concerns. I have only worn them 4x and I now have visible dark circles under my eyes which I have never struggled with before; it looks as if I wore mascara the night before and didn't completely wash it all off and now have some leftover residue under my eyes.
I am hoping that the dark circles will fade soon as I only used the masks last week, but if these are permanent then I absolutely regret purchasing this product - I look more tired and older than I did prior to using these masks.
